Died, on Thursday night last, Dr. Elisha C. Dick, in the 72d year of his age—a good as well as an eminent man in his profession. He was one of the physicians who attended gen. Washing-ton in his last moments.

The Saunders Family History gives Dr. Dick's birthdate as March 15, 1762 based on the recollection of James A. Pearce, Dick's great-grandson. By that reckoning, Dr. Dick was 62, at the time of his death, not 72 as stated above.
